1. There are no restrictions on when your voucher can be delivered. You can choose to have it delivered instantly or at a later date of your choosing.
2. Delivery of your voucher by email is free of charge.
3. You (or your recipient) will receive an email containing your voucher together with a link to download your voucher at any time.
4. Your voucher is loaded with value and ready to spend in accordance with voucher usage terms.
5. After placing your order you will receive a confirmation email that includes your order number together with a link to the voucher if you need to print it.
6. If you have specified a voucher recipient email address other than yourself you will receive notification to confirm when the voucher has been sent by email to your specified recipient.

Please note that advance booking is essential when using this gift voucher and bookings are subject to availability. Bookings cannot be made until at least 48 hours after the voucher purchase date. This voucher does not include transportation. 18 holes of golf at The Eastern Golf Club is only available on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday as well as limited availability (from 12:30pm) on Wednesday, Saturday & Sunday. Club hire is available at an additional cost and is subject to availability.

Players must arrive 15-30 minutes prior to their scheduled tee time for a course briefing by a member of our Pro Shop team. Kindly notify us at time of booking that this voucher is to be used, and present it to a member of staff on arrival. This voucher is non-refundable and no refund is available for part-use. Vouchers are valid until the date shown on the voucher and must be used in a single transaction.
